Reading about building an SEO business is useful. Watching one get built is better. Welcome to The Unboxing Series โ where we open the box and build a real AI-powered SEO business in 30 days, in public. Every decision, tool, prompt and mistake, on camera.
What the Unboxing Series is
Most “business in 30 days” content skips the messy middle. This series doesn’t. We start from zero โ no audience, no clients, no content โ and work through the same steps laid out on this site: pick a model, set up the stack, publish, promote, and pitch.
Real, not staged
We show the actual screens, drafts and decisions โ including what didn’t work.
AI in every step
You’ll see exactly where AI speeds things up and where human judgment matters most.

I'm following a 30-day "build an SEO business in public" challenge. My niche: [niche]. My available time: [hours/day]. My skills: [skills]. Turn these 10 milestones into a day-by-day plan for me: [paste episode titles]. For each day, give one main task, one 10-minute bonus task, and what to share publicly (a post, a screenshot, or a short video). Keep it realistic and don't promise results.
Build in public: what to share
Documenting your own 30 days is one of the most effective ways to get noticed as a new SEO business. It creates content, builds trust, and keeps you accountable. A few rules we follow:
- Share process, not just wins. People learn more from the draft, the mistake, and the fix.
- Protect client privacy. Never share client data or names without written permission.
- Show real numbers carefully. If you share data, share it accurately and in context, and avoid implying anyone else will get the same outcome.
- Post a daily or weekly log. A short update on LinkedIn, a Short, or a newsletter issue is enough.
- Invite questions. Your audience’s questions become your next episodes and posts.
