The 4 SEO Business Models
There is more than one way to run an SEO business. Most people do best when they pick one model to start, get good at it, and expand later. Here are the four we cover in depth:
SEO Agency
Sell audits, projects and monthly retainers to businesses. The classic model, with the most flexibility. Explore the agency track.
Local Lead Gen / Rank and Rent
Build and rank your own local sites, then rent the leads or the site to a local business. Explore local lead gen.
AI Automation Agency
Combine SEO with marketing automation: content pipelines, reporting, lead capture and follow-up. Explore AI automation.
Content Marketing Agency
Plan, produce and distribute content that ranks and gets cited. Explore content marketing.
