  • Day 19: Follow up; book discovery calls

Week 4: Deliver and systemize

  1. Snapshot: business, goals, main services, top competitors
  2. Technical: indexing, HTTPS, speed, mobile, sitemap, robots.txt, broken links
  3. On-page: titles, descriptions, headings, content depth, internal links
  4. Local (if relevant): Google Business Profile, reviews, NAP consistency, citations
  5. Content & GEO: gaps vs. competitors, question coverage, structured data, author signals

Never promise specific rankings or traffic numbers in a proposal. Promise the work, the process and the reporting.

4. Client onboarding checklist

  • Signed agreement and first payment received
  • Welcome email with timeline and point of contact
  • Access: Search Console, GA4, CMS, Google Business Profile (use user invites, never shared passwords)
  • Kickoff call: goals, priority services/locations, brand voice, competitors
  • Baseline report saved (rankings, traffic, conversions, AI visibility checks)
  • Shared folder and task board set up
  • First 30-day plan sent

Create a content brief for the keyword "[keyword]" for a [business type] in [location]. Include: search intent, target reader, suggested title (under 60 characters), H2 outline with question-style headings, facts to verify, internal link ideas, and one original insight only this business could add.
